Reiki: booking and cancellation policy

• Upfront Payment: To secure your chosen appointment slot, all sessions (30-minute and 60-minute) must be paid for in full at the time of booking via our website checkout.
• Confirmation: Your appointment is only officially locked in once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your session details.

• Travel Radius: We proudly serve Billericay and the surrounding South Essex areas. If you live outside our standard travel zone, please contact us before booking, as an additional travel fee may apply or the appointment may be cancelled.
• Space Needed: You must provide a quiet, private room with enough clear floor space to comfortably fit a standard-sized portable massage table, with room for the practitioner to move around it.
• Distraction-Free Environment: To get the most out of your healing energy session, please ensure pets are kept in a separate room and phone alerts are silenced before the practitioner arrives.

• Rescheduling (More than 24 hours' notice): If you need to change your appointment date or time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your full payment will be happily transferred to your new booking date.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours' notice): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are completely non-refundable and non-transferable, as we are unable to fill that slot or recover travel planning costs at short notice.
• No-Shows & Access Issues: If our practitioner arrives at your home at the scheduled time and you are not there, or if we cannot gain access to your property within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
