All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any significant delay, you will be contacted via email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local Delivery/Collection (if offered): Details provided at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

If a tracked shipping option is selected, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please get in touch and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tranquil Chaos cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
